Exploring Kawsay (Scales of Vibratory Energy)

Today, I want to share a practical idea that maps the levels of kawsay (living energy)within us, showing how our states of being can guide us toward clarity or pull us into imbalance. This scale of vibration, rooted in the idea of energy frequencies, offers a way to understand our connection to Pachamama (Mother Earth) and Taita Inti (Father Sun).

As usual, I'll introduce a bit of Andean Cosmology in Quechua terms like munay (love-wish-power), yachay (embodied wisdom), llankay (work), and ayni (sacred reciprocity) to ground this in the ancestral Kallpa (strength) of PSP Andean traditions.
Recognizing lower energies and their vibratory levels can help us align with higher states of consciousness.
Measuring Kawsay (life force)
We will use a scale from 1 to 1,000 to measure the vibratory frequency of our kawsay. At the lower end are dense states like shame (20), guilt (30), and fear (100). At the higher end, we find munay (love, 500), joy (540), peace (600), and the rare heights of oneness (700-1,000).
There are many tools out there and this tools are here to help us see how our energy shapes our link to Pachamama and the world around us. Each level has a unique vibration that hits our body, mind, and spirit, either weakening our kawsay or strengthening it.
This reflects Ayni: the energy we carry returns to us, affecting our path.
Recognizing Hucha (Lower Vibrations):
A key part of this scale is understanding Hucha, heavy, draining energies that hold us below 200, a shifting point from struggle to kallpa (empowerment).
These states are not just feelings; they’re states of consciousness and markers of where our kawsay (life force) is.
Here are some examples
Shame (20): The lowest vibration, it’s a self-rejection that cuts us off from Pachamama’s flow. It’s a kind of Hucha that dims Taita Inti’s (father sun) light, making us feel little and unworthy of anything goos.
Guilt (30): Slightly higher frequency, this Hucha traps us in the past, blocking our capacoty to love ourselves and others. It disrupts the give and take of natural balance.
Fear (100): This contracts our kawsay, clouding yachay (wisdom & clarity) and separating us from our essence It’s like a shadow over us shrinking our view.
Anger (150): Another step up, anger has force but burns through kawsay if not guided. It can give way to Llankay (action), but risks scorching the heart and the love needed for harmony.
These Hucha-Based consciousness, keep us reactive, below the shift at 200 where we move from force to true kallpa (strength). Seeing them clearly, through the grounded lenses of wosdom is the first step to working through them.
The Path of ascension is Upward
Building with Llankay and Munay (Devoted work and Love)
The scale shows us how to lift kawsay through llankay. It’s not about judgment but about knowing where we stand.
I’ve noticed myself at neutrality (250) at tsteady, steady but lacking the spark of munay or the depth of yachay. The goal is to rise toward vibrations that align with Pachamama’s rhythms and Taita Inti’s steady light.
Here’s how it works
Courage (200): The starting point of empowerment, where we meet challenges with wisdom and active engagement. It’s choosing to step into Pachatata's glow instead of retreating.
Acceptance (350): Here, we flow with what is, embodying Ayni (True Worth) with life. It’s a calm trust in Pachamama’s support.
Munaykuyki (Love) (500): Love becomes a steady state, linking us to the essence of mother earth and all beings. It’s a vibration of unity, felt in quiet alignment with the earth.
peace (600) and Beyond: These are rare states of pure kawsay, where we merge with Taita Inti and Pachamama in stillness and wholeness.
Each level builds on the last, and the shift is said to be exponential
300 carries far more power than 150. Small steps in conscious devoted work can lead to big changes in our kawsay.
Why This Matters for Us
This scale helps us see where our kawsay flow, whether stuck in Hucha or rising towards Pure Love. One person strong in munay can lift many others, creating balance outward.
As a community, if we commit to this path, we honor Pachamama and Taita Inti through our collective vibration. Hucha is not the enemy; they’re signals. With wisdom, we spot them. With munay, we move beyond them.
We've found that releasing guilt eases our load, and choosing courage opens new paths.
It’s about steady progress, aligning our personal universe with the world’s natural flow.
