If you've ever felt the ancient tug of the sacred Andean roots or sensed the mystical whispers of Pachamama's sacred paths, but find yourself hesitant due to a lack of clarity or fear of the unknown, you're not alone. Many seekers like yourself have navigated the labyrinth of online information only to be met with conflicting tales and uncertainties. But fear not, for there is a path illuminated with ancient wisdom and rooted in the heart of Andean cosmology, waiting to be explored and embraced.
The Andean Missa is a sacred ceremony deeply rooted in the spiritual traditions of the Andean people, especially the Q'ero of Peru. This ritual serves as a bridge between the human, natural, and spiritual worlds, honoring Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the Apus (mountain spirits) through offerings, prayers, and invocations. Central to the missa is the despacho, a ceremonial offering made of natural elements that symbolize gratitude, healing, and reciprocity. The missa fosters balance, healing, and connection with the cosmos, emphasizing respect for nature and the interconnectedness of all beings.

We understand not everyone is ready to become a Shaman (or not just yet). Therefore, we want to invite you to begin your path as a Ceremonial Retreat Volunteer. Work side by side with Manuel, Donald, Yvonne, Kendal, or Ana while you practice the art of Spiritual Service (Seva).
As we walk this Spiritual-Shamanic path, we require wisdom to support our mindset and our inner transformation. We are honored to share these courses to you. These are designed for those who feel the call to deeply connect with their essence and ancestral wisdom but need to walk this path from the comfort of their own space.

During this 3-day retreat, you will be immersed in a safe, nurturing environment, with traditional guided ceremonies and rituals thoughtfully designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of who you are, what you truly desire, and what might be holding you back. Rest assured that you will be supported and cared for throughout your entire journey. We also provide post-ceremony integration support and offer you the opportunity to join a community of fellow seekers who are learning and growing together.
These Sacred Ceremonies have the power to illuminate the patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve you; however, they WILL NOT do the work for you. Our Shamans and facilitators are not superhuman—they are men and women, just like you. Yet, they bring decades of experience working with these Ancestral Sacraments and have devoted their lives to the path of transformation they now offer you. We firmly believe that you are the Healer, the Guru, and the Shaman (Knower) of your own life. Mother Nature’s Sacraments reveal the path; it is your choice to walk it.

AYNI (RECIPROCITY):
While we do not charge for our sacrament, an Ayni (Sacred Reciprocity) is requested to cover the costs of the retreat, ceremonial setting, lodging, meals, services, and the facilitation you will receive during your time with us.
